Resilient Leadership
Learning resilient leadership not only within your business and your life is something that took many years for me to feel confident enough to tackle.
I was miserable working under a franchise, terrified of being in my 20s and competing with over 400 real estate sales reps in a 19,000 total addressable market and until I learned how to lead from a place of my authentic values and god given gifts, it was a hamster wheel of restarting my business after every transaction. I was burned out and didn't want anyone to feel that way again.

Ashley's Journey
Using personal transformation to inspire others to love their career in sales. Ashley had to learn from personal experience, stuck in the hamster wheel how to grow a -shirt business into a primary income in a small town of a population of 19,000. From there she got into real estate and had to learn everything painfully from scratch. She had to teach. herself from generating her ideal client to dialing in her SEO so customers would come directly to her website; to mastering the art of closing the deal from a holistic and strategic strategy. With her trials and erros she compiled advanced marketing to be able to leave the franchise world and open a company with $108 million in sales under the age of 30.
